Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
💳 Payment Requirements
- •Full payment required before service begins
- •Payment method fees are customer responsibility
- •Transaction fees are non-refundable
🔄 Refund Policy
- •Customer cancellation: 80% of unused portion refunded as wallet credit
- •Loot/item services: 100% unused portion refunded if stated upfront
- •No refunds for client-side faults (password changes, logins, etc.)
- •No refunds for account restrictions during service
❌ No Refund Scenarios
- •Account bans during or after service (your responsibility)
- •Service failure due to customer violations
- •Completed services (no buyer's remorse)

🚫 Strict Prohibition
- •ZERO TOLERANCE for gold selling or account sales
- •Immediate permanent ban for violations
- •No warnings, no exceptions, no appeals
🔍 Consequences
- •Permanent ban from all Onyx Services
- •Forfeiture of all wallet funds and ongoing services
- •Public blacklist to protect the community

Loot & Drops Policy

- •All loot and drops remain on your account
- •Screenshots of valuable drops provided
- •No guarantees on rare drops or RNG-based items
🎯 Specific Item Services
- •If targeting specific item: clearly stated in order
- •100% refund of unused portion if item not obtained
- •Service continues until item obtained or cancelled
💎 Valuable Drops
- •Immediate notification of significant drops
- •Screenshot evidence provided for valuable items
- •All drops remain property of account owner

Final Reminders & Safety

- •We use VPN protection and mobile hotspots for IP safety
- •Your credentials are deleted immediately after service
- •Change password after service completion for extra security
📋 Service Limitations
- •No liability for Jagex actions (bans, rollbacks, etc.)
- •Account restrictions may affect service completion
- •Service timing estimates are approximate, not guaranteed
🛡️ Risk Acknowledgment
- •Account sharing violates Jagex Terms of Service
- •Customer assumes all risks associated with account services
- •We minimize risks but cannot eliminate them entirely
