How do I get my affiliate code?
After creating an account and submitting your application through the customer portal, our team reviews it. Once approved you receive a unique code made up of your chosen prefix and the discount percentage (e.g. JOHN2P5 for 2.5% off).
How does the discount work for customers?
When a customer places an order and provides your affiliate code to our support team, the discount percentage built into your code is automatically deducted from their order value.
When will I be paid my commission?
Commission from completed orders is paid automatically alongside the nightly worker payout. Your dashboard shows earned, paid and upcoming commission with a per-code breakdown.
Can I have multiple codes?
Yes. Your prefix is yours — our team can create additional codes with different discount levels and expiry dates for different campaigns. New codes expire after four weeks by default.
Is there a minimum follower count or requirement?
No minimum following is required. We review each application individually and welcome creators of all sizes.
